Stardust Families call on Taoiseach Enda Kenny to retract Dail statement

The families of those who perished in the 1982 Stardust nightclub blaze, experts and their solicitor are now calling on the Taoiseach Enda Kenny to retract the Dail statement (see below) as he has misled the Dail and deputies Minister Tommy Broughan and Terrance Flanagan. In his claims he has been told the families solicitor is to give him another submission. That is not the case. The Dail record is included below.

Families of those who died in the 1982 Dublin Stardust fire tragedy say that evidence of a 999 call of a blaze in the roof of the building that was made prior to a later call of a fire in a seating area warrants a new inquiry into the tragedy, which claimed 48 lives.

Families of the victims of the Stardust nightclub fire say thet are prepared to take legal action if the government fails to produce a submission of evidence that contradicts the evidence put into the public domain by the Foy Report, which they say is nothing but the truth.
